The book of the law was given to Moses, and pointed to the Savior. Today’s scripture reading is:
Exodus 2: 1-17
The birth of Moses. He was called to be a deliverer of his people, and was a type of Christ who would come much later.
The Dead Sea scrolls were found many centuries later, and found to be amazing replicas of what we know to be scriptures today, in the Bible canon.
The Jesse tree object for today is the scroll on which the book of the law was written, copied, and recopied throughout generations.

You can easily make tiny scrolls of parchment paper rolled onto very small diameter dowels cut into 3-4 inch lengths. Given a glaze of decoupage lacquer, they will keep for many years. You could write a promise from the scripture, with black india ink, if you wish.
Or print this image of a scroll and write in a special promise from the scripture.
